Overview

Kier Global LLC ("KG") is an asset management firm that manages various Hedge Funds and managed accounts. KG principally invests in equities, derivatives, real estate and special situations trading at meaningful discounts to fair value.

The firm's formation represents a formalization of activities that have been ongoing since 1995 when Ike Kier sold the operating portion of the public company Lida, Inc. of which he was CEO and significant owner. Since that time, Mr. Kier has completed special purpose acquisition vehicles (SPACs) and has successfully completed several reverse mergers.

KG has also been a real estate developer and investor in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. It currently limits its direct Real Estate investing to the east coast of the US and Puerto Rico.

KG began as a family office with its own capital and over time has attracted outside capital due to its historical performance and disciplined investment professionals. KG is flexible and will pursue attractive opportunities outside its core areas. The firm seeks to partner with individuals who have the patience and commitment to be long term investors.
