Ram Energy Resources, Inc. - (RAME)

RAM Energy Resources, Inc. (RAM) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, exploitation and development of oil and natural gas properties and the production of oil and natural gas. Its properties are located principally in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Since 1987, RAM has conducted a successful development and exploitation program resulting in the accumulation of significant long-lived natural gas and oil reserves at relatively moderate depths, located principally in its core areas.

On October 20, 2005, RAM entered into a reverse merger agreement with Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corporation, a development stage company formed by Ike Kier and his partners.  Tremesis was formed in 2004 with the intent to acquire an operating business in either the energy or the environmental industry and their related infrastructures.  Pursuant to the merger agreement, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tremisis was merged into RAM, with RAM as the surviving corporation.
